  • What we could not find: (1) A standalone per-receipt cost benchmark — receipts are only measured bundled into expense reports; (2) any independent (non-vendor) per-record cost for fully-automated AI extraction between the cents-per-page software fee and the $2.36–$3.00 fully-burdened figure; (3) a per-record cost for automated contract processing comparable to the WorldCC manual figures; (4) template setup/maintenance labor, which the $2–5 template band excludes; (5) independent confirmation of the non-PO invoice cost ($18–25, single IOFM figure). These gaps are real; they are stated rather than filled with marketing numbers.
