ImageToTable.ai User Agreement

1. Scope of Service

1. Service Description: ImageToTable.ai provides AI-powered document processing, OCR, image recognition, and data extraction services via our website and API.
2. License: Subject to these Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
3. International Use: The Service is controlled and operated from our facilities in the United States and China. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

2. User Accounts

1. Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may sign up via email or supported third-party providers (e.g., Google, WeChat).
2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content.

3. Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee):
   • We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
   • Eligibility: To ensure customer satisfaction, you are eligible for a refund if you have used less than 5 credits and are not satisfied with the results.
   • Non-Refundable: If you have substantially utilized the service (e.g., processed multiple documents exceeding the limit above), the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Your Content: You retain all rights to the documents and images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant us a license to process, store, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.
2. Our Property: The software, algorithms, visual interfaces, and code of ImageToTable.ai are the property of Guangzhou Jiaruan Technology Studio. You may not copy, modify, or sell our technology.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services (e.g., Cloud Storage, LLM APIs) that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Modifications & Availability

1. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or network failures.
2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE RESULTS EXTRACTED BY THE AI WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUANGZHOU JIARUAN TECHNOLOGY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the place where the operator is located (Guangzhou, China).
3. International Users: If you are a consumer in the EEA or other regions with mandatory consumer protection laws, this section does not deprive you of the protection specifically afforded to you by such laws.
