Pull TrxID, Amount, and Counterparty from JazzCash and Easypaisa Screenshots
Manually copying the four fields from a JazzCash confirmation into a spreadsheet takes 90 seconds per receipt — this grabs them in 5 seconds, whether the screenshot is in Urdu, English, or a mix of both.

Four Fields, Two Apps, One Workflow
JazzCash and Easypaisa are Pakistan's two largest mobile financial services, processing over 9 million transactions daily. With Custom Column Extraction, you name the fields and the AI finds them — whether the screenshot is from JazzCash (Mobilink Microfinance Bank) or Easypaisa (Telenor Microfinance Bank), in Urdu or English.
JazzCash uses a 12+ digit numeric string (e.g. 351228901234); Easypaisa displays "Trx. ID" in a different format. Both are the universal reconciliation key for Pakistani mobile money — "send me the TrxID" is the standard phrase for verifying a payment.
Formatted as PKR 1,500.00 or Rs. 1,500 with standard decimal. The AI isolates the transfer amount from any service fee — critical for agent-based Cash Out transactions where the net amount differs from the gross.
A phone number for Send Money, a merchant name for Payment, or an agent name (e.g. "Priyo Agent") for Cash Out. Labeled in Urdu mode.
Every receipt includes a timestamp in Pakistan Standard Time (15/07/2025 11:00). JazzCash places it at the top of the confirmation screen; Easypaisa shows it alongside the transaction details.
Two Apps, Two TrxID Formats, One RTL Interface — Most Tools Only Handle One
Pakistan's mobile money ecosystem runs on two dominant platforms that share the same transaction types but use different ID formats, different label languages, and — because Urdu is the primary language — a fundamentally different reading direction. Template-based tools designed for Western apps break on both.
Why JazzCash & Easypaisa Break Template Tools
Two different TrxID formats in two different apps. JazzCash generates a 12+ digit numeric string. Easypaisa uses a different Trx. ID format. A template trained on one app's layout produces the wrong field or misses the ID entirely on the other app.
Urdu text reads right-to-left — the entire layout is mirrored. Both apps display labels in Urdu as the primary language. The Amount label sits on the right side of the screen, not the left. English-first OCR tools that scan left-to-right miss the label-to-value association or reverse the field order.
Agent-based transactions muddy the counterparty field. Pakistan's mobile money ecosystem is uniquely agent-driven — many transactions are Cash In/Cash Out through agents, not person-to-person. The counterparty field is an agent name or number, not a personal contact.
How Semantic Extraction Handles Pakistan's Mobile Money
App-agnostic TrxID detection. The AI reads the transaction ID by semantic meaning, not position. Whether the screen says "TrxID" with a 12-digit number (JazzCash) or "Trx. ID" with a different format (Easypaisa), it recognises the code as the transaction identifier.
Bidirectional layout reading — RTL and LTR in one engine. The AI does not assume a reading direction. Urdu Nastaliq script flowing right-to-left, English labels flowing left-to-right — the AI reads the visual hierarchy of each screenshot independently.
Agent-aware counterparty extraction. The AI distinguishes between a person-to-person transfer and an agent transaction. Both go into the same Counterparty column, so your spreadsheet stays consistent.
"JazzCash/Easypaisa is just simpler either way... Pakistan went from a cash-only economy to one of the world's most successful mobile banking stories. By 2023, JazzCash alone had over 48 million registered users."

From Mixed JazzCash and Easypaisa Screenshots to One Clean Spreadsheet
Upload JazzCash and Easypaisa Screenshots Together
You have a folder of screenshots from the past week: a JazzCash Send Money confirmation to a supplier, an Easypaisa Cash Out receipt from an agent, and a JazzCash utility bill payment. Two different apps, three different transaction types. Upload them all into one batch — JPG or PNG screenshots. The language setting on each screenshot does not need to match.
Define Columns Once — TrxID, Amount, Counterparty, Date
Type the four columns you need. The AI reads each screenshot independently: it finds the TrxID whether it is a 12-digit JazzCash code or an Easypaisa Trx. ID, isolates the PKR amount, identifies the counterparty, and records the timestamp. A JazzCash screenshot in Urdu produces the same structured output as an English-mode Easypaisa receipt.
Get One Unified Table — No Sorting by App or Type
Processing takes 5-10 seconds per screenshot. The output is one XLSX or CSV: one row per transaction, four columns. The JazzCash Send Money, the Easypaisa Cash Out, and the JazzCash bill payment all produce the same clean structure. Roughly 18x faster than opening each confirmation and copying the values by hand.
What you get — across mixed apps and transaction types:
| TrxID | Amount (PKR) | Counterparty | Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| 351228901234 | 2,500.00 | 03001234567 | 23/06/25 |
| EP78654321 | 4,700.00 | Priyo Agent | 09/09/25 |
| 789012345678 | 1,250.00 | IESCO | 15/01/26 |
When It Works Best — and When to Be Cautious
Understanding the boundaries helps you get consistent results.
When It Works Best
Direct device screenshots of app confirmations. Full-resolution screenshots achieve up to 99% accuracy. Machine-rendered text is high-contrast and clean.
Mixed transaction types and apps in a single batch. Send Money, Cash Out, Bill Payments, and Mobile Top-up screenshots from both apps can be uploaded together.
Bulk historical reconciliation. Dozens of screenshots produce a single sorted spreadsheet, ready for import into accounting software.
When to Be Cautious
Forwarded screenshots through messaging apps. WhatsApp and other apps compress images, which can reduce resolution and affect character-level accuracy for long TrxID codes.
Architecture boundary: screenshot of receipt, not API access. This tool works with visual screenshots. It cannot pull data from the JazzCash or Easypaisa server directly or parse SMS from the phone's message database.
Heavy image obscuration. If the TrxID or amount is partially covered by overlays, stickers, or editing marks, the AI may not read the complete value. Clean screenshots produce the best results.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I process both JazzCash and Easypaisa screenshots in the same batch?
Yes. Upload JazzCash app confirmations and Easypaisa receipts together — the AI detects which app each screenshot belongs to and extracts the correct fields. A TrxID from JazzCash (12+ digit numeric string) and a Trx. ID from Easypaisa (different format) both end up in the same column, so your spreadsheet stays consistent.
How does the AI handle Urdu text mixed with English in the same screenshot?
Both JazzCash and Easypaisa display labels in Urdu as the primary language. The AI reads both scripts — Urdu Nastaliq and Latin — and treats semantically equivalent labels as the same field. The TrxID and Amount are extracted regardless of which language the labels appear in.
What is the difference between JazzCash TrxID and Easypaisa Trx. ID?
JazzCash generates a 12+ digit numeric transaction ID, while Easypaisa labels its transaction identifier as "Trx. ID" in a different format. Both serve the same purpose — they are the universal reference key for verifying a payment in Pakistan. The AI recognises both formats and places them in the same column when you define a field called "TrxID" or "Transaction ID".
Why are agent-based transactions different from person-to-person transfers?
Pakistan's mobile money ecosystem is uniquely agent-driven. Many transactions are Cash In or Cash Out through retail agents, not direct person-to-person transfers. The counterparty field for an agent transaction shows the agent's name or retailer code, not a personal phone number. The AI handles both cases correctly.
Does the AI understand the RTL (right-to-left) layout of Urdu-language screenshots?
Yes. Urdu text flows right-to-left, which reverses the visual reading order compared to English screenshots. The AI processes the document layout holistically — it reads the visual hierarchy of the screen, not the left-to-right sequence of characters. The Amount label on the right side of a JazzCash screenshot is found just as reliably as on the left side of an English app.
